Thirty minutes, no charge, no proposal attached. Bring your last set of financials and the thing currently costing you sleep. You will leave with an honest read on what the problem actually is, including, sometimes, that you do not need us.

Response times

  • In hours: same working day
  • Out of hours: by noon the next business day
  • Urgent matters: telephone, do not email
  • Consultation: free, 30 minutes, no obligation

Tell us what is going on

The more specific you are, the more useful our first reply will be. "Our close takes three weeks and our lender wants audited statements by June" tells us far more than "we need an accountant".

Please enter your name.
Enter a valid email address.
Please choose an option.
Please tell us a little about what you need.
Please tick this box so we can reply to you.

Please do not send confidential financial records, tax identification numbers or documents through this form. Once we reply we will send a secure upload link. If your matter is a suspected fraud or a notice with a short deadline, telephone rather than email.

Message received

Thank you. We have your inquiry and will reply by the end of the next business day at the latest, usually sooner. If your matter is urgent, please call (607) 555-0142 rather than waiting on email.

What happens next

No sales sequence, no pressure

Four steps from first message to a decision either way. You will not be chased, and you will not be put into an email campaign.

Step 01

We reply

Same working day in hours, by noon the next business day otherwise. From a person, not an autoresponder, with a suggested time to talk.

Step 02

Thirty minutes

Phone or video, no charge. You describe the situation, we ask questions, and you get an honest read on what the problem actually is.

Step 03

Written scope

If it makes sense to proceed, you receive a written scope, a fixed fee and a timetable, all before any work begins and before you commit to anything.

Step 04

Your decision

Take it, leave it, or come back in six months. If we think another firm or a lighter-touch provider fits you better, we will have said so at step two.

Before you write

Common questions

Thirty minutes by phone or video, at no charge and with no proposal attached. You describe the situation and the thing currently causing difficulty; we ask questions and give an honest read on whether the issue is bookkeeping, controls, tax or financial leadership, and roughly what addressing it would involve.

If a bookkeeper and a seasonal preparer would serve you better than a CPA firm on retainer, we will say so in that call rather than sell you something heavier.

Inquiries received during business hours are answered the same working day. Anything arriving after 5:30pm Eastern or at the weekend is answered by noon on the next business day.

Where a matter is genuinely urgent (a suspected fraud, a notice with a short response window, an audit deadline at risk), telephone rather than email.

Nothing is required, but two things make the conversation much more useful: your most recent financial statements, and a clear statement of the specific problem rather than a general sense that finance could be better.

If the matter involves an audit, a covenant or a funder requirement, have the actual document to hand. A surprising number of organizations buy the wrong level of service because nobody read the underlying requirement closely.

Please do not. Web forms and ordinary email are not appropriate for financial records, tax identification numbers or anything containing personal data.

Send a description of the situation instead. Once we reply we will provide a secure upload link, and all client document exchange runs through encrypted portals rather than email attachments.

Yes, though deliberately at a measured pace. Being a small firm where a partner reviews every file means we cannot take everything that arrives.

Capacity is tightest between January and April. If you are considering a change and the timing is flexible, starting a conversation in the second or third quarter gives us a full planning window before the first filing season we would own.

Call the office directly

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern. For a suspected fraud or a filing deadline at risk, telephone is always the right channel.
